Dr. ERIC AN HIS STAFF MAKE A GREAT TEAM ALWZ TAKE GREAT CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS

Absolutely adore Dr. Sanders! I visited this practice twice so far, for alignments and knee concerns, and Dr Sanders has always made me feel very comfortable with her warm embrace and kind spirit! I ask a lot of questions lol so I really appreciate her willingness to educate me on any concerns I brought to her attention. Definitely will be going back for my regular alignment appointments.

#1..We made an appointment for 3:30 but arrived at 3to start the paperwork since that's when nova supposed to be opened. I knocked and called to get in cause the door was locked. #2.. It's very slow paced and took 3hours for paperwork, x-rays and talking with no treatment eventhough we were physically in pain which Dr Sanders could visually see while offering no relief stating that would happen on the 3rd visit. Like no massage table or electropatches placed on us for even 5minutes...nothing! Not even a goodie bag with a heat/cold pad or biofreeze to take home to help alleviate any pain. #3.. I was told that the great Dr Eric is no longer a Dr and is now pursuing other things but he still owns the practice. But....he is the reason I returned to Nova because he was the best chiropractor of this world!!! Meaning I haven't had any problems from my back since being in his care in 2019. He provided excellence in his field! #4.. It shouldn't have taken 3 hours only to provide NO CARE AT ALL! The visit was painful and Dr sanders showed that she didn't care. She showed that she had a problem with me asking the receptionist why has it been 45minutes of me in the room waiting to see the Dr. She's currently showing that obviously she has no x-rays of us to send to our current Dr Logan @ SALAMA Chiropractic so that we can receive adjustments right along with the treatment we have been receiving since day1 of walking in the door at SALAMA. Dr Sanders enjoys torturing her patients by simply smiling at you the whole time knowing you won't get relief for choosing to patron her for the pain we're having that brought us to her. Luckily I had x-rays in the ER so I have been adjusted but my mother has not cause NOVA won't send the x-rays for her. It's been 3weeks of waiting... with treatment thank God!

I chatted with the clinic on a few confidential matters and they were really upbeat and bright about it all. They are "super nerds " when it comes to their craft, and that is a good thing, because nerds never stop studying u! :)
