Dr Bauer does good work, was happy with NLSC for about 2 years. They have recently changed and shortened their hours of operation, craming more visits into the same time making it feel like you are part of an assembly line. My biggest problem with them is I have always been a cash paid customer and have paid my balance due after each visit. Much to my surprise I received an invoice in the mail saying that I owed additional money? I have called the office 3 times, each time being told that someone would get back to me with an explanation, nobody has called back. Even though it's a small amount I am thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau or possibly an attorney.

Yikes. Unprofessional front desk staff, frequently broke HIPAA by conversing my care and billing with my in-laws (without my permission) and as a first time patient I didn't appreciate being left on the roller table for several minutes without any direction of what to do next. Unfortunately the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. After getting a phone call (the same day my appt was) about specifically what my co-payment was, I received a bill a week later for 3x the amount I was originally told because "no one had run my insurance yet." NLSC was RECOMMENDED to me, so I KNOW they do some good here. Unfortunately I did not have a recommendable experience.
