I always have a very personable experience every time I visit Dr. Hall and his incredible staff. I appreciate how everyone is attentive and accommodating. Dr. Hall always inquires about my physical well being, while working on what’s needed to help and aid my everyday mobility. Also, teaching me new stretching/exercise routines to help with my posture/shoulder mobility. Highly recommend his services to anyone that’s seeking chiropractic help.

The foam roller will be your best friend. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Hall and the entire team at New Back Chiropractic Specialist in Santa Ana. I injured my back during Wrestling and couldn’t walk for weeks. Always take care of your body(your temple) when one gets older you start to realize one can feel young but your body need to adjust. I pray that I get to do more treatments even when I’m done with my plan. Nothing but a true blessing.

First and foremost, this place is a blessing. I walk out after every appointment feeling balanced physically and mentally. Let me paint a picture… My previous chiropractor in Anaheim near the stadium would literally do the same routine of adjustments every appointments for years. I would schedule my appointments, get there in time and still end up waiting. The chiropractor had no concerns as to my activities; nor did the chiropractor even assess my spine and back at each appointment. Fast forward… I have been coming to New Back Chiropractic for about six months now, what a difference! First off, the staff treats you like family! Secondly, I schedule an appointment and I am seen on time. Third, Dr. Hall… compared to my previous chiropractor, he actually takes the time to catch up discussing how my back and spine are feeling and what activities I am doing concerning my back and spine. The biggest difference I immediately notice is that Dr. Hall does not willy-nilly do adjustments. In a time where YouTube showcases chiropractors lobbying for likes based on cracking sounds, Dr. Hall only does adjustments that are necessary. Again, only necessary. The office/facility is clean, with top notch equipment. If you are looking for a chiropractor that you can trust, this is the place. I guarantee you’ll be greeted with a smile the first time and every time thereafter.

Bad customer service, bad communication, terrible follow up I can’t speak for the service as we never got to the adjustment but that was due to the customer service leading up to it. Apparently, you’re supposed to show up late to your appointment. definitely don’t show up early

Dr. Hall is a great Physician! I came here with my husband and he spent a good amount of time consulting and recommending great care for his sciatica. His bed side manner is exceptional. He is truly there and cares for his patients. Both of his front desk / medical assistants walked us through the treatment protocol and made us feel very safe. Everyone here was very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this practice to any of my family members or friends. Looking forward to our future visits with him. Thank you all for such a great experience!!!!
