I was referred to myocore following a traumatic work injury. After workman’s comp ended my case, I was still in pain every day: a constant reminder of the past. A colleague referred me to myocore, and I’m so thankful they did. Dr. Kolton Buer is a warm, friendly, and professional person. He taught me several exercises I can use at home to strengthen my body, so it has the support it needs for long term health. Appointments with him always provided profound relief. I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointment, and they have lots of options for early morning and late evening. Now I’m able to jog up stairs, sit at work without lower back pain, and even squat down on the floor to play with my kid. Thanks, doc!
