Movement Plus Physical Therapy

So this place is a gem. I was a former elite soccer player and snowboarder now 27 years old and I have had really bad lower back problems due to the soccer and other crazy activities. I received answers about my lower back through X-rays (degenerative disk disease) and discussed what was going on and how I could heal with PT James and Kevin. They gave me hope and truly took the time to explain to me the importance of why slowing down, healing and doing the proper exercises will lead to life with a happy back. I’ve been working more with Kevin and he is so great, knowledgeable and just makes his patients feel comfortable and heard. He goes the extra mile of making sure I have lots of homework to do outside of PT too which has been such a blessing adding in my morning routines. It was really hard to get the initial news on my back, but after pt with them I feel as if I now have a plan, people in my corner to support me, and a more knowledgeable / smarter way to go about life + activities!!

I have been coming to Movement Plus Physical Therapy for about 3 weeks and I’ve already seen improvement with myself. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Jimmy and Kevin for each session and both have been great to work with. My first session I was in so much pain but they had patience and empathy for what I was experiencing and helped me each step of the way to feel more comfortable than when I first started. Each appointment I’m always leaving feeling better than before. I always feel like they’re listening to me and seeing any pain that I’m experiencing and adjusting our sessions to help me and not hinder me. I’m grateful for the time I’ve had thus far and am looking forward to the progress I’ll be making each appointment with their help. Mahalo nunui!

Jona, the receptionist is very friendly, helpful and helpful. I have Dr. Shayne(?sp) as my therapist..very patient, friendly and easy to follow and talk to. Than, I have an Intern named Dave. He too is very helpful, patient and easy to follow. Thank you for having wonderful people.

Today was with Louisa. If you are looking for a massage with that e tra oompf, Louisa is happy to provide. Walked in with pain, an hour later she showed that pain the door and advised later what I should do to extend the after effects of the good feeling. Making customers feel good, that's Louisa.

Dr Craig Chin Chiro has been very helpful at Movement Plus. Front desk staff is very helpful as well. I love coming to Movement Plus. Thanks for all the help.
