My credit card was used for a $40 payment for another client by “accident” according to (Carmen) office personnel. They assured me that it would be reversed but it would take 3-5 business days to show up on my bank account. That was on August 12…to date, this charge is still on my account with no reversal. I have left multiple messages and stopped by the office to talk with personnel but no one is there. I certainly hope they will do the right thing to correct their “accidental” misuse of my credit card.
