Dr. Stephanie completely transformed my pregnancy. I was in intense pain because of sciatica. The very first visit improved my condition so much that I literally had tears in my eyes. Going from not being able to walk for weeks to not feel pain while walking at all changed my pregnancy completely. Her little fingers could find all the sources of pain and relieve me of most of it by the time I went into labor. Dr Stephanie has a calm demeanor and is very understanding. I had times where I couldn’t go through the session and she came up with innovative ways to still help me. She is very knowledgeable and I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me. I will definitely be going back for postpartum treatment!

No apology for aggressive rudeness by your secretary? Do better business when you’re working in wellness. Don’t offer a passive aggressive apology. Do better, Stephanie. Secretary so rude. I called today to reschedule an appt. because I (an hour too late) realized I’d rescheduled my appt. To a day I’ll be traveling for my husbands job. She said she wouldn’t apply my already paid deposit for my next appt. due to the fact I called to adjust my appt. at the 23 hour mark instead of the 24 hour mark, so therefore I’d lose the deposit I paid and have to repay it to re-schedule. I had been adjusting my appt. In the portal within the allotted 24 hour time for a few weeks because my early pregnancy symptoms had been quite severe and It was hard for me to leave the house let alone imagine being adjusted while in the midst of intense nausea. I had to call to reschedule this time because I was at the 23 hour mark and past the 24 hour mark….she didn’t ask my name or appt time. I just told her forget it (Im not going to pay extra money for frivolity) and I’d just find another office mostly because she was very curt and you could tell by her attitude she was not interested in me being a patient there. After hanging up I realized she didn’t even ask my name or appt. time. I called back to ask why she didn’t ask my name and how she knew which appt. to cancel. She said “oh I looked up your phone number” …which is fine, but still strange front desk manners to not acknowledge or confirm who you’re talking to and confirm the appt. time or account you’re dealing with. It was all very abrupt and passive aggressive. She told me I was the only appt. That day, so maybe I’m better off at an office with a little more demand. We understand the 24 hour cancellation policy…but 23 hours is petty. She didn’t say any impolite words to me, but any human being with a sense of social norms could tell she was being rude and abrupt and terse in her tone. Too bad. I was looking forward to receiving prenatal care here. Sorry for the doctor who lost a patient and the future patient of my baby. When will offices start to realize that service starts with the person who picks up the phone to your office? So silly-over $30 and and 1 hour.
