I met Dr Maiken at an expo, She stopped by my booth and we had awesome conversation, I was like this is a great person I need to check her practice out. I have been having some Sciatica pain for years trying physical therapy, medication and nothing helped. I had also drastically cut exercise to avoid the pain. The Initial consultation was very low barrier and very informative. Dr. Kristen reviewed results with me and we put toghether a plan. I am a month in and I noticea huge difference. I still have a way to go but we are undoing many many years of damage and trauma. I also love the workshops too, they are truly building community at Monarch Chiropractic!

I was skeptical of chiropractics at first but the amazing staff and Dr’s Kristen and Miaken have convinced me with their professionalism and transparency. I’ve started to change my habits and feel much more aware and optimistic about my future.

Dr. Kristen is so knowledgeable and she listens to my concerns. I finished the servoguard program a month ago and my headaches and right arm numbness have resolved. I am definately a fan of this amazing group of professionals.
