I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kara Werner. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. She really took the time to really listen, explain what’s going on, and offered a plan that felt supportive and effective. I used to be pretty skeptical about seeing a chiropractor, but I’m so glad I went to Dr. Kara. She’s incredibly attentive, truly listens to your needs, and does everything she can to help. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kara. This was the most comprehensive, dynamic, and effective chiropractic session I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. I really enjoyed talking with her, as well. I came in for help with lower back, neck, and shoulder pain that had been building for a while. I walked away feeling so much better, and understanding more about how to work through and prevent the tension that has been causing the pain. As a practitioner myself, I can tell you that Dr. Kara exemplifies what it means to be an integrative health practitioner, who treats the whole person; and she’s so highly skilled, wise, and caring. If I lived in Portland, I would be in her office monthly at the very least. Go see her! If you’re searching and not sure who to go to and who you can trust, may this be your sign. 🦋
