I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kara Werner. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. She really took the time to really listen, explain what’s going on, and offered a plan that felt supportive and effective. After just one visit, I noticed a big improvement in my mobility and overall comfort while recovering from an injury. The office atmosphere is calming and comfortable. I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate chiropractor—I highly recommend them!

I used to be pretty skeptical about seeing a chiropractor, but I’m so glad I went to Dr. Kara. She’s incredibly attentive, truly listens to your needs, and does everything she can to help. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kara. This was the most comprehensive, dynamic, and effective chiropractic session I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. I really enjoyed talking with her, as well. I came in for help with lower back, neck, and shoulder pain that had been building for a while. I walked away feeling so much better, and understanding more about how to work through and prevent the tension that has been causing the pain. As a practitioner myself, I can tell you that Dr. Kara exemplifies what it means to be an integrative health practitioner, who treats the whole person; and she’s so highly skilled, wise, and caring.
