Started about a month ago with serious lower and upper back pain. I already see much improvement. Dr. H is great to work with and everyone is extremely cordial and welcoming. Looking forward to working through the rest of my program. Highly recommend!

Dr. Alex was highly recommended to me by two close friends. I've been meeting with Dr. Alex about once a month for close to three years. He has helped to relive discomfort in my left knee, lower back and the regular stress I hold in my neck. Also, he has helped me bring greater awareness to how I move my body, how I sit and walk, small stretches I can do throughout the day. Dr. Alex has a deep understanding of the anatomy of the body and his methodology and approach is also firmly rooted in having a deeper holistic understanding of the personal self. While I appreciate the wonderful adjustments he is able to provide, I think his greatest gift has been to help me better understand and bring awareness to the interconnectedness of my emotions, mental headspace and physical body. If you are in any kind of physical discomfort I highly recommend meeting with Dr. Alex. He does incredible work and has a wonderful sense of humor, especially once you get to know him a little bit!

I've never felt a more drastic before-after shift, after just one visit. From any modality. And I've tried a lot of things. I came in for pain in my lower back, but the most pronounced difference was in my mood and energy level. I was standing taller and straighter, I felt energy shooting out the top of my head, and an improvement in my bodies ability to respond well to exercise and maintain weight. It was astounding how much better I felt. My back still had some pain I will concede, but years of being out of alignment and stress takes it toll and I know it takes time for my body to re-learn and restore it's correct alignment. I've been to 3 visits with alexander so far. I remember immediately after my last one I said to myself, "Wow, I feel better." And really there's no price you can put on that. I am scheduled for my fourth adjustment this week.
