I was SO excited to come in and see a specialist as I have been in an extreme amount of pain and am limited to other places due to insurance. I was TOO early for my appointment, even though I was not asking to be seen sooner. I had never been here before and was in between appointments and I wanted to fill out any paperwork in a timely manner. The woman at the front, who presented as SO sweet when scheduling this appointment, was very irritated, told me I "need to understand" I would be waiting a while and continued to prepare paperwork for me to fill out by slamming her pen down, the stack of papers on her desk and huffing and puffing under her breath. I left as I do not deserve to be treated this way. I have never just walked out of an appointment before. Especially when I was desperately needing a service. I'm highly disappointed

Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with a chiropractors office. This office and doctor honestly doesn't care about you or your concerns.

Doctor O'Connor is knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for numbness and tingling in my right extremities. Two visits so far and condition is no longer waking me up. Very nice staff.

The worst experience I've had ever with a chiropractor Dr Mendez didn't listen to anything I had to tell him telling him where my pain was everything he threw me on a table popped my back my hips my legs told me to have a nice day put a tens unit on and out the door I went I saw him three times in 4 days again still not listening standing there looking at me saying hold that doesn't make sense I don't know why it's doing that do not go to this gentleman he is not worth it he's a chop shop and see how many patients he can get in and out within an hour
