Dr.Mark has been absolutely fantastic to work with. As a former athlete himself he knows what the body goes through with training and is able to relate that directly to his work. If you are concerned about snapping and popping you can be assured this place uses new and state of the art practices that adjust without the large adjustments and the cracking of necks. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to improve their health and body !
