I hate getting old. Things start to break. I had been experiencing minor recurring and annoying pain in my right knee. My regular doctor just recommended icing it and taking ibuprofen. After a few days it was still there. I went to Dr Backhaus on a recommendation. He diagnosed it as bursitis and did two rounds of acupuncture (same day, even!)
