I’m at my desk most of the time, about 10 hours+ each working day for a couple decades causing my tech neck. It was causing so much of an issue that I couldn’t focus at work and had to find a solution to fix it since simple stretching wasn’t enough. I’ve seen many youtube videos on chiro adjustments and the y-strap method and was highly convince it would solve my tech neck issues. So I did a a google search for a nearest chiro that does y-strap adjustments and I landed here. By far one of my best find. The adjustments I get from here had made my work more manageable. It had provided the best relief for my tech neck and adding the y-strap adjustments to decompress my spine helped with my neck and mobility. The whole process and results made me a believer of adjustments and I’ve been coming here at least once a month. I’m very thankful for Dr. Milam for doing his job very well. I highly recommend stopping by here when you have neck or spine issues. A good adjustments makes a big difference.
