Method Chiropractic & Physical Medicine

I have been coping with a painful right hip/hamstring for over 12 months, blaming in mostly on overworking it. Finally I gave in and went to see my Orthopedic physician who referred me to PT. This it not a knock on PT but in my case it didn't provide me with any relief. After failing on that I decided to try Chiropractic Medicine and found Method Chiropractic/Kyle Jensen online. After my first visit I knew I had come to the right place. Kyle explained everything about the hip/hamstring area to me to help me understand the area of focus. Now after seeing Kyle half a dozen times I am darn near back my normal exercise routines with huge improvement in mobility and almost pain free. If you need an excellent Chiropractor I highly recommend Kyle.

When I first went here two or three weeks ago I could barely move my neck. I had severe pain and worse than ever before. My last chiropractor retired but I was referred to Method Chiropractic by a friend. I have to say the treatments I received were the best ever and now I'm back to normal, no further treatment required until something happens again. In addition to the excellent treatment program, Dr. Jensen also gave me exercises as well as a personal link and password to the website where I could watch videos of the program selected for me. The exercises help a lot and I should be able to keep my range of flexibility. The office is conveniently located in Westport (only a couple of blocks west of Temple Slug, right off the trafficway on 43rd) and appears to be recently remodeled as everything is bright and fresh and clean. As with all chirporactors there is an initial consultation and diagnostic fee, but regular standard treatments are covered by Medicare, which is very nice if you're in my age group. The receptionist is also great and highly professional. I rarely give anything a five star review but if they had six, I'd do that.

I'm sure this place is great for all types of people, but as a former athlete, I felt like the doctor just "got" me. I'd been having a back problem for quite some time and finally went to see him. My only regret is waiting as long as I did. I feel SO much better. Thank you!

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Jensen! My lower back is feeling dramatically better since starting at Method Chiropractic. Dr. Jensen is friendly and professional. In addition, Addison is very nice and helpful when it comes to payment and scheduling. Very happy with the business as a whole:)

Dr Kyle is AWESOME!! Always very caring and thorough. Gives you exercises to work on to alleviate the issue. Addison is a gem!! A friendly and comfortable place to be! I highly recommend Method Chiropractic
