Update 08/15/2025. Great deflection. You must think people are really stupid to come up with that B.S. I didn't sign up as Summer Fun! That's why you "don't have records." These people never even followed up to see why I didn't show up for my appointment after they screwed my neck up worse than it was... I've been to most Chiropractors in the area and I can say this is the worst hands down. Their goal is to string you as long as possible and get you to pay more out of pocket even though insurance covers all the cost. From the fake sincerity at the front desk to the long wait times to the UNQUALIFIED people, especially that female doing "adjustments." She just came back from lunch 45 min ago and her priority was to keeps eating the whole time while screwing people up more than they already are. They do the same thing to everyone no mater what your issue. They have a zero hands on adjustment approach, only that stupid beginners hammer. I came in feeling OK last time until that women got her hands on me and started banging on my head where I have no issues, now I've been having headaches where I've NEVER had them before. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ARMATURE HACKS. This place is a waste of time and should be investigated for qualification.

Start off by saying the doctor is really good at what he does and has helped me a lot over the past 1-1/2 years and would rated 5 stars if it weren’t for the billing department and their total disregard for handling someone else’s money. If you go here Do Not give them access to your bank account. 1-1/2 years of continuous payments, which they took right from my checking account as I was given a discount for allowing access. When my insurance changed and I asked to stop taking money from my account and I would pay with my HSA card they continued to take money out for 2 months. I did not owe any money and was never behind on any payments. I called immediately after they took money the first time and was told it would be stopped. The second time I requested an immediate refund as this was another unauthorized withdrawal from my account and was not expecting this and needed the money for other bills. After stalling for a week I went to my bank and had to pay to close my account and reopen a new one, then wait two weeks for a new debit card. Then when calling to inquire I’m put on hold for several minutes, even having to hang up and call back. Kind of strange as any other time I would call was never put on hold. By the time I received my new card I still had not had my money returned, so I threatened to make a police report. It still took a few days after that to get my money returned. Never an apology or even any concern shown regarding this situation. Again, great Dr when it comes to treatment, but don’t understand how he could allow this to happen. Never late on payment, never complained about pricing or anything, just wanted to make a change in how payment was made when my situation changed. I would still be going here for treatment and would have preferred to continue it now have to look elsewhere. Sorry to have to write this, but this should not happen to anyone.
