I’ve been seeing Dr. Emily and Dr. Erin at Mayo Chiropractic for about a year, and the care they offer is life-changing. I first met Dr. Emily at San Diego Pride in 2024 when she was doing free spine checks. I struggle with bouts of chronic pain in my neck, back, hips, basically everywhere. She listened to me, took my complaints seriously, and was able to help me understand what was happening with my body even in our first meeting. With regular visits, things have become so much more manageable — especially with a team that genuinely cares about my wellbeing. Dr. Emily checks me head to toe every week and I always leave feeling better, especially with my stubborn shoulder/collarbone issue that acts up when I sleep. I can’t recommend Dr. Emily and Dr. Erin enough.

I started seeing Dr. Emily about a month ago for my Ehlers Danlos and chronic digestion issues that have made my daily life a struggle. Nausea, cramps, joint pain, and constant fatigue plagues my life. I went to many doctors and specialists and medications but with no such luck. Until now! Dr. Emily is bubbly, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her care is very gentle yet thorough and I love how she walks me through everything. From health tips to hydration, supplements and friendly banter, I’ve gone from barely being able to get through the day to energized, eating without fear, and moving without pain! The office vibe is amazing! Friendly, clean, and welcoming. If you are like me, you’ve seen several chiropractors over the course of your life. But even if you haven’t, I’d recommend Dr Emily at Mayo Chiropractic. I find it amazing at how well she identifies and addresses skeletal issues at every visit - some that I identify and others that she finds as she does a complete body scan. I started treatment for a knee injury, but also regularly have adjustments to the spine, neck, wrist, ankle, shoulder - you name it. I am 65 and pre-arthritic so comprehensive care is a must. She treats patients holistically at their level of need, and has shared numerous exercise videos with me to help me improve self-care and prevention. Always a joy to visit and most importantly I have been able to cancel planned surgery on my knee!

I tried several other Chiropractors in San Diego before finding Dr. Emily and team. My experience over the last year has been nothing but positive; the level of personal care and expertise provided by this unique office has exceeded all expectations.

I Really enjoy my session here. The atmosphere is open, welcoming and calming. I noticed a big difference getting chiropractic work from 28 weeks pregnant throughout my pregnancy. The aches, pains and soreness have been noticeable when I don't go. Highly recommend Emily, she really knows the body and the pricing is affordable.
