After loads of research and months of back pain and sciatica I decided to go to Jason and get some work done. I was self diagnosed as having my SI joint popping in and out (cannot confirm or deny!). But it never happened when I got in for my appointments. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and Jason put me totally at ease. He did a few assessments but we couldn't find anything obvious until the tail end of the appointment. Low and behold he realized I stand totally wrong, pelvic tilted under (which is rare) thanks to decades of ballet drilling it into me. Jason was adamant that he wanted to see me a handful of times, fix my back pain, and never see me again; which was exactly what I was hoping for and is refreshing to hear. He gave me a handful of exercises to do at home and did some minimal cracking over 3 appointments within a month. Combined with some acupuncture (to help loosen lower back muscles) and stretching and 3 months later I haven't had a single problem with my back and sciatica. Thank you so much Jason for pinpointing my problems and getting me back on track with life! I'm forever grateful and highly recommend Mavor Chiropractic.
