I have been seeing Dr Kim for several years now. I just returned from my session with Dr Kim. I went in today with agonizing, lower back pain due to heavy construction work this past week. After receiving therapeutic adjustments and the most advanced, ultrasound therapy machine to my lower back, I was amazed of its effectiveness and I realized I almost forgot what it felt like to not have back pain. It’s like getting your youth back. A lovely, peaceful feeling of relief from my back pain. I love seeing Dr Kim. He is knowledgeable, kind and genuinely cares about your health and welfare. I would highly recommend Dr Kim’s program if you’re having physical joint and/or muscle pain.

This review is for the receptionist. I went for my appointment on a Friday which was scheduled on a Monday. When I got there I found out I wasn’t even scheduled for the Friday but was scheduled for a Saturday instead. I told her I spoke to a Sasha to schedule my appointment which she said was her and that she had no recollection of the appointment. The receptionist was a young girl in her 20’s. I don’t understand why companies hire young kids these days to run their business. Because that young gal was probably partying the night before and was tired and couldn’t do her job properly that’s how the mishap happened. For this I will look elsewhere to schedule my appointment where they will have a professional working instead of a little kid!
