I have been seeing Dr. Valencia since 2015 as both my chiropractor and personal trainer. He has helped me with my lower back and to rehabilitate my right knee post surgery. He is fantastic! I highly recommend him for your general fitness needs and overall wellbeing.

I visited Dr. Valencia to see if he could be an option for regular chiropractic care. I liked that he incorporates strength exercises into his chiropractic treatment. He came with good reviews and we had a long intake session for my first visit. While I was doing exercises he was composing a long text message explaining my options to pay for my visits. My session ended a little late and he had another client waiting. He sent his text and explained that I needed to pay for that visit, so I could pay for the initial visit or I could save money by buying a pack of ten all at once. I explained that I wanted to go through my insurance and have it go through my deductible and he had no problem with that and said the package offers a 20% discount for my insurance. Given that I had a good session and he was waiting for me to pay for the session I agreed and bought a ten-pack. Later the doctor sent his rates. In looking at the rates, I was paying more per visit with the ten pack then if I just paid for each session one by one, so was not happy that I was convinced to pay for a ten pack at a higher rate. We had communication back and forth to see if I can switch the package, but he said he's never done that in 30 years. Then Dr. Valencia said his contact at my insurance said he could charge his standard rates, not the contracted rates, until I met my deductible. I immediately called the insurance company and verified that that statement was wrong and he had to follow his contracted rates. At that point, I did not want to receive care from Dr. Valencia since he exhibited questionable integrity. I asked him for a refund and agreed to pay the Square fees net of the visits that I paid for. Dr. Valencia proceeded to be very rude in his communications with me after that and he took over a month to submit his refund. In that refund, he charged me for more fees than we agreed, but I just want to be done with him. Good luck to anyone you uses his care, I'd suggest billing one session at a time until you trust him.

Luis is very qualified and welcoming to solve your body issue!!!! he could give you lot of suggestions to proceed your program also at home and he is also very flexible to change your schedule during the treatment program. I suggested him very much as chiropractic and personal trainer.
