I have been going to various chiropractors off and on for decades due to sitting too much with desk jobs. Last year, I was going to a Livonia spot that felt like an automated experience with no care or empathy. I wanted to give up because it was difficult finding a replacement. I searched and found Dr. Williams. Staff greets you when you arrive, they actually answer the phone and there is no upselling. I feel heard, seen and the adjustments have helped tremendously. Flexible hours and I have no complaints.
