We've been seeing Trevor and Theresa for many years! I originally went to them for an ankle injury which greatly helped with recovery and now we go to them for general chiropractic. It has greatly reduced the amount of strain in my neck what was a recurring problem for me. The office is great, very kid friendly which we appreciate with 2 young kids.

I don'y know where to start with how nurturing and healing my whole experience was with these guys. As soon as I was greeted I felt as though I was family. The amount of care and concern that was given to me was far greater than any other Chiropractor I've ever met. Trevor took his time with me, there was never a sense of being rushed through. It is so obvious that he is very passionate about his work and helping you as much as he can. He even pointed out that I had an issue with my arm that could be addressed. I didn't even mention it on the intake sheet, but he saw it right away. I had lost hope with my arm after the stroke over 20 years ago, but he has given me some exercises to do at home and even did some trigger point work too, feeling better already. I had been suffering from migraines and ad chronic aching on my neck. The instant he adjusted me it was gone. I walked out feeling so energized and free! I also love that there is no pressure to buy any package too. These two are gems to San Diego!
