Dr Martin & Staff are great! I went a few times to get treated for a Piriformis syndrome and pain in some other areas and not only did he help provide relief, but he provided education to help me understand some other things that I can do. Amazing people. Can't thank them enough for the acid and gut inflammation advice and support. Live Well is such a calming and welcoming space from the atmosphere to the people. Dr. Martin has helped me with an array of ailments I would’ve otherwise had to take a prescription for. I’m so grateful for all of his healing modalities, wisdom and care. His wife, Traci is also extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. If you’re looking to heal holistically through- anything, look no further. The massages are also very relaxing, and the salt sauna a godsend for your immune system, skin and cardiovascular health! 10/10 recommend

I scheduled and had a full-body massage for the first time ever to aid in muscle recovery since I am strength training regularly. I am very happy with not only the immediate relief from muscle tightness but all of the staff and everything else they offer!
