Lindell Chiropractic

I went into Dr. Lindells office filled with high hopes of getting my lumbar spine adjusted. I went in with insurance that said I'd be fully covered for the chiropractic services. He took me immediately to do xrays and did not even tell me that I'd be paying 100 dollars for them upfront. After that he told me he would do an emergency adjustment for me, which took him a minute and one tiny crack that didn't even touch the disc that I needed adjusted. After he told me that it should get me through the weekend and I'd come back in on Monday to do the full adjustment. Well, I went back in on Monday. I watched a 10 minute video about how he cares about his patients and he was there to listen to us and help us find a solution and relief. After I watched this video I was taken into a room For the adjustment. He put my left leg over my right and put his whole body weight but didn't manage to adjust anything. I got up and didn't feel relief from the pain that was running down my legs.... it actually got worse. As I held back tears I told him I have had this condition for many years, and usually when I get the adjustments from my previous chiropractor I'd have instant relief.... he told me he had done his job, and he had made an adjustment and that I "just didn't feel it" He then Proceeded to tell me I had to go back to his office everyday for 14 days for treatment since my condition is serious, And I'd have to pay for the extra visits out of pocket and said he had a discount deal if I paid it all upfront. He continued to ignore my pain and take me towards the receptionist to scedual my appointments, and pay the large amount of money i couldnt afford. he also told me I had to do a mandatory class. As he walked away. I told the receptionist I would not be coming back, and I paid my "gap" fee of 35 dollars and walked out in more pain, filled with tears. I got in my car and proceeded to find another chiropractor and got adjusted properly by another office the same day and got some relief. DO NOT GO HERE. it is disappointing. And a scam.

Not impressed, wanted $3500 for treatment for bout 3 months ,oh but we finance.Said No repeatedly.$50 for each adjustment, first one was ok, Second one was ridiculous, puts you on a table facing down, you hear a bunch of clanking ,took 10 seconds, I felt ripped off,Sir that was not an adjustmen , More focused on $$$ than treatment. 0 stars used scare tactics with a smile!
