Dr. Kate is professional, easy to talk to, and doesn't try to break me in half! I also appreciate that she is not one of those "essential oils will cure everything" people - she really knows how the different parts of the body are interconnected and how stress affects peoples' bodies in different ways. I have been seeing Dr. Kate for chronic back issues and it's not just the adjusting that helps me a lot, but also the recommendations for exercises to do at home and how to promote back health through better posture. I highly recommend her!

If you’re looking for a quick crack & to be on your merry way, this is not the place for you. Dr Kate was much more focused on my overall wellness and fixing the root problems that were causing my back/rib pain. She helped me make some posture & lifestyle changes that have helped me from incurring some of the issues I’ve had for decades now. A chiro who is empathetic, personable & professional, 10/10 recommend.
