One and done far to aggressive for me.after one move adjustment and I’m on my way.went home and began getting sorer. Hardly slept and back to square one.I’ve been going to chiropractors for 30 yrs.always left feeling way better with some pain from the adjustment but always woke up great the next day.maybe good for some but the gentlemen could have been gentler and achieved the goal.felt like three chest compressions.Ive had this done to me hundreds of times and never with the force or the pain afterward.It always relieved my pain.wont be going back😣
