Dr Mateo is amazing. Chiropractic care has changed my life both from less pain but also less anxiety and better function and stress management. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!

I have had severe neck pain since July 2025.i am now treated by pain management at Lexington Clinic. Dr Mateo used a devise which caused hyper extension of my neck producing persistent pain. X-rays of my neck show osteoarthritis which should haves stopped this treatment by Dr Mateo. I hope no one else has a treatment by this provider which causes neck injury. I am writing this note in the hope no one else will have this result. Dr Mateo treated me with a devise called a Dennerol. It would be placed under my neck while I lay flat. I had maybe 10 treatments, on the last neck pain began and I stopped further treatment. I went to Dr Mateo originally because of stiffness and restriction of neck movement .never for pain like I now have The regular routine treatment by Dr Mateo did not cause pain. It was the use of the Dennerol tool that caused the problem. Dr Mateo said he had no idea how to stop the pain. I have now seen medical doctors and I am being treated at Lexington Pain Management and undergoing ablation which destroys involved nerve ending which are transmitting the pain sensation. Dr Mateo seemed bewildered by the pain response I had when he used the Dennerol tool. The Dennerol caused hyper extension.I am 86 years old perhaps age contributed to this horrible outcome. The medical doctors I have seen think someone with osteoarthritis at my age should not be treated with the Dennerol tool.
