Would give negative review if I could, I am 8 months pregnant and called and set up an appointment weeks ago for prenatal chiropractic and was told I was covered at point of setting up appointment. Got 4 reminders leading up, thought very excessive and annoying, but let's go into it open minded. Day of drive all the way across the city at rush hour traffic, and get in there and the first thing they say is IM NOT COVERED! Couldn't that have been in the 4 reminders, 2 emails and 1 phone call and 1 text I was sent? VERY UNIMPRESSED.
