Terrible. More specifically their office manger Laura. She lacks compassion and quite frankly cannot communicate. She has a "oh well" mentality. I question the person who hired her because they are ruining their own business having her manage. She listens to respond instead of listening to understand the patient needs. Belittling the patients is more important to her then finding a solution.
