We love Dr Rachael. We saw her first for our baby who had multiple oral ties and was throwing up with every feeding. She adjusted her, got her into CST, and got us a referral to a dentist for a frenectomy once I felt it was time. There was never any pressure to go with any treatment in that manner, but once I said I felt it was time (with tears in my eyes due to trauma from our first), Dr Rachael was ready to support us. Thanks to her and her team the release and after care were amazing and the results were phenomenal. Our daughter went from barely lifting her head to pushing up on to her hands the day after surgery and after each adjustment became better and better. I decided to entrust her with my own care this year and it felt like being welcome home. I was SO supported, and still am, and encouraged to take care of my needs while my kids also receive loving and caring welcomes from everyone in the office. After I began care I established care for my oldest due to an ear infection and she loves Dr Rachael. One of the things I really appreciate is she acknowledges and recognizes concerns when my five year old expresses it. My oldest told her she was scared of a couple of the adjustment techniques and asked for modification and Dr Rachael did everything to accommodate her. The whole staff has always been wonderful, welcoming, and excited to help us reach our goals. Thank you to all of you!

Very unfriendly staff and had a horrible experience. I am surprised this place deals with children considering how unfriendly/unwelcoming they are. There are many other family chiropractors in Louisville please go somewhere else if you want a meaningful experience.
