Where do I start??? I scheduled a massage I received as a (surprise, surprise) Groupon. Besides all of the communication issues (not answering their phones), I can't even begin to describe my experience with the massage therapist, Linda Zellars. Now I'm not a very publicly political person, but this woman starts with how Trump and Kennedy are doing a great job taking the toxins out of our food.... While I might disagree, I just nodded nicely to keep the peace. Throughout the session, I listened attentively and occasionally responded with small comments like "uh-huh, and yep". Again, this was all to keep the peace and not make things awkward. I wasn't agreeing with her position at all. I was just letting her talk. Big mistake. It was when we were in the middle of the massage when Linda Zellars said, literally out loud: "When I become president, I'm going to get rid of every race. The only race that will exist is the American race. There won't be any black people or white, just Americans." She said so, so much more that I am still processing, but PLEASE spend your money, and more importantly, your time, elsewhere!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my husband a massage Groupon for his birthday and I wish I would have read these other reviews before doing so. The experince is shockingly consistent. He had to call 3 times across 3 days to eventually get a call back to schedule the massage. When he finally got a call back he was given a single date and time option for his appointment. He moved things around to make it work. Fast forward 2 weeks to his scheduled appointment, shows up and the receptionist said she had him nowhere on the schedule. For the record, he spoke directly with Dr. Kukurin himself when scheduling. Clearly didn't put it into their scheduling system. Wasted my husband's time and were incredibly unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and skip this place to avoid the frustration that seems to be surprisingly common here.

My wife bought me a Groupon for a massage here. It took 3 voicemails over 2 weeks to even get a response to schedule an appointment. When the doctor eventually called me back, he gave me one option for a date/time. Luckily I had that time available. Then today, I showed up for the scheduled appointment and was told that I’m nowhere in their system and that I have to reschedule. I told them not to bother though. Based on how the process went to this point, I have zero faith in their ability to do anything, let alone give me a proper massage. The reality is, there are a bunch of great massage therapists in town. Skip this place and go to any of them.

Called the office to make an appointment because I was gifted a massage. Called three times with no return phone call went to the office twice with no one in the building. Finally got a call back from a nasty rude doctor. That was returning phone calls because his front office person was out of the office. He was very condescending and nasty and hung up on me when I didn’t immediately Not recommend these guys at all, and I am doing a review through the Groupon that I re-received. I’m sure there are better places to go than here.

I would never reccomend. I purchased a Groupon and needed to call more than thirty times over several weeks to no avail. Only twice did a man pick up who took my number and said the scheduler, Joyce, would call me... which never happened. I wanted to return my groupon but no refunds after 3 days from purchase so i was persistent and went in person to schedule - office was closed and no one was there. A week later my husband was in the area and I asked him to stop by so he did. They refused to open the door and told him to wait outside and call so he had to speak to Joyce who was inside while he stood outside and looked at eachother through the glass. At this point she did finally give me an appointment but only after I told her what the Groupon code was on my voucher which was very suspicious and I didn't like that. Ofcourse, on the morning of my appointment minutes before i was leaving the house Joyce called and canceled and refused to reschedule me and advised I seek a refund through Groupon services. Apparently, Linda called in at 7am to call off work because she wanted to "stay home to watch a conference on TV." I was even still willing to reschedule but Joyce refused to offer me anything!!! A real nightmare dealing with this place. My instincts tell me they won't be in business much longer. Save yourself the trouble and take your business to a place that will appreciate it.
