I will preface this that I am cost conscious. With that said, I went in for a consultation to understand insurance, rates, and what sessions will look like and all they did was sell sell sell. The goal of my consultation was to make costs ambiguous, and tell me that the competition wasn’t as good as them. If they 1. Asked questions about why I was coming in and ways they could help and 2. We’re upfront about costs, I’m sure it would have been a more pleasant experience.
