I entered into my treatment with Dr. Berkus with an open mind but, admittedly, I was slightly skeptical of chiropractors in general based on stories I've heard from others. Dr. Berkus quickly put these negative biases to rest. I initially began treatment for chronic lower back pain from a weightlifting accident over thirty years ago but then discovered her treatments were gradually healing me from the inside out, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. Six weeks into treatment I feel much more centered and connected to the world around me and those in it. The treatments I've received have gone to great lengths to help heal the many traumas we've all suffered during these past few years of the pandemic.
