I've now been a patient of Dr Kiernan for a few years and I've been very happy with the effectiveness and quality of his techniques. I am a hairstylist working 12 hour days on my feet so I need regular visits, plus helping with my fitness. He got me out of a situation where I was in a lot of back pain. I felt completely back to normal after 1 visit. Also when I had some neck/shoulder pain I went to him after seeing a massage therapist to loosen up the tissues.. and my shoulder was back to normal again. I always recommend massage as a support to chiropractic, although he also has a water jet massage bed that you use before treatments which is nice.
