Dr. Keppler has been my chiropractor for about 10 years now. His adjustments help me with my sleep, it used to take 1-2 hours to fall asleep. I remember the night after the first adjustment I noticed that I DIDNT remember me just laying in bed trying to fall asleep, because I fell asleep right away!
