Dr. Adam is the absolute best! He listens carefully to where your pain is and helps you understand what might have caused the pain/injury. He provides the clinical reasoning in a language a patient can easily understand. Most importantly he explains treatment options and develops a plan that is individualized to you. I’ve been seeing Dr. Adam Ligon for about a month now and it’s been so wonderful! He is so knowledgeable and so nice to work with! My progress has been awesome and I’m feeling great!
