When we first consulted nine years ago, after reading my detailed medical history, Dr. Suman told me we could work on getting me to ninety years old. We’re halfway there. Dr. Suman treats the whole person, a backache, anxiety, questions about mortality. He is knowledgeable, very approachable and invariably kind. I see Dr. Suman weekly to maintain my health, not just when I have a problem. Thanks to his efforts, I sleep better than I ever did, I do tai chi daily, and my lower back is seldom painful. When I asked Dr. Suman what happens when I reach 90, he said that “our contract is renewable.” Wow!

I’ve been working with Dr. Suman for both meditation coaching and wellness for about a month.
