He is affiliated with EZ Physicals and I booked through them for a DOT physical (see photo). He called to say it’s actually $150 (not $75) on the weekend. He shouldn’t be affiliated with EZ Physicals if he isn’t going to honor their bookings for him.

I went in for a physical and i took my son with me and the lady at the front desk was just so sweet and the DR who did the physical was just amazing. He was such an honest person and you dont find that anymore! I wish i could give them more stars. 1000/10 recommend this place.
