February 24, 2025 I began receiving chiropractic adjustments at Innovation Health with Dr. Pepper in November 2013 and continued until October 2017. Although I was doing okay, I started getting lower back pain, which prompting me to resume my visits in November 2020. I’ve been going to Innovation Health ever since. Dr. Pepper transitioned to Function Medicine, and my goal at Innovation Health was not only to address my chiropractic concerns but also explore natural solutions for various health issues. Some of these included anxiety, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, statin medications, muscle cramps, and weight management. Through testing and the use of numerous supplements and compounds, I’ve experienced significant improvements in my well-being. My anxiety has significantly reduced, I’ve discontinued my statin and diabetes medication, and my blood pressure is now within a healthy range. My muscle cramps have become milder, and I’ve successfully managed my weight. While we continue to address certain challenges, Dr. Pepper’s expertise has made a remarkable difference in my life. I appreciate the natural advice she shares. For instance, she recommends more natural creams for itching, local honey for allergies, and appropriate remedies for colds. I genuinely hope that the medical field acknowledges the value of Functional Medicine in the future. More and more individuals are seeking a more natural approach to their health, opting for alternatives to prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs. I’ve been coming to Dr.Wolf since 2022 after a workers comp injury. My brother recommended him after he was very successfully adjusted from a back injury. I showed up unable to fully extend my back due to repeated bending as a CNA and lack of physical activity/stretching. Dr.Wolf worked with me and my unstable hips until the pain left with adjustments and the sacroiliac Hip Belt. I left more educated, stable, and fit because of his practice. I think my favorite part is that its no ego in his practice, if something isnt working Dr.Wolf makes the adjustments until problem solved. Maintenance is key! Get adjusted regularly 🫶🏽 PPS: What’s a good practice without people like Michele who holds the front and back office operations down! I love her to pieces, kind, professional, and efficient she knows her stuff(insurance, billing, health)! She deserves her own review but I realized that wasn't allowed lol
