Dr Ho is the absolute best. Our entire family has been seeing him for years. He’s helped us through injury but more importantly helped us prevent it. His skill and methods are unmatched. He treats each patient with care and kindness. I recommend him to everyone. He is a bit pricey but worth every single penny!

Dr. Ho is hands down the best! I started seeing him following surgery after a pectoral tear – in the time since Dr. Ho has brought back my strength and range of motion in a way I didn’t think was going to be possible. With my pec injury taken care of I now see him regularly on a preventative basis to ensure old sports injuries don’t flare up on me. His ability to immediately identify the root of your problem and effectively treat it has kept me pain-free and happily working out the way I want to for years now. Best way to manage discomfort and pain in a non-invasive way. Essential to my wellness routine - great compliment to my Peloton and weights program. Dr Ho is a great listener and he is very helpful in formulating realistic health goals.

Dr. Ho is a magician. Anytime I have a sports related ailment he always is able to help. Some docs would love to see you come back again and again, but after Dr. Ho's treatment and exercises he expects you not to come back. By following his advice I rarely have to see him except when I do something stupid! I just can't help myself sometimes.
