As a first time patient, I called to make an appointment and I was very rudely treated on the phone. Someone answered the phone and just said hello, no business name or other salutations. I asked if this is a Chiropractic office ? He didn’t answer with a yes or no. He asked who is this ? I said my name is John. He just hung up !!!! Can you believe that ???? :)))
