Dr Holden and his team are extremely effective. I came to them about a year ago with an injury I’ve dealt with for 15 years. My neck pain and paralysis in my arm/hand has been dramatically decreased. I first came into Dr. Holden with lower and upper back pain that was pretty unbearable. Sleeping was tough and just laying on the couch was a chore in itself, let alone attempting any exercise. After a few months of weekly treatment, and following his at home care plans, I feel significantly better! The entire process has been wonderful. Even just walking into the office can brighten your day with how lovely the entire staff is. I couldn't recommend a better place to seek treatment!
