Dr. Hobson is my favorite chiropractor!

I saw Dr. Laura Hobson for regular adjustments while I was living in Albuquerque for 6 months and had a terrific experience! She was very in-depth with her adjustments, gentle and listened to my concerns. I always felt better leaving the office and will be returning if I'm ever in town again!

It was my first time at a chiropractor and I was nervous going in but my experience here was so positive that I can’t wait to go back. The girls up front were friendly, quick and welcoming and Doctor Laura did an amazing job at putting me at ease. She asked questions before starting and adjusted her methods to make me the most comfortable. It was also so nice that she explained everything she was doing. I learned a lot and I’m thankful I went with them for my first time at a chiropractor. :)

Will be finding a new chiropractor. Had a fluke happen on the way to my appointment (phone wouldn’t connect to GPS so couldn’t map it or find their phone number) so ended up making a few wrong turns. They called me 5 minutes into my appointment which I was hoping so they could help me get there, I knew I was close at San Mateo and Menaul. The receptionist could not give me helpful directions so I had to turn around again (Claremont is not a major street). Then once I deciphered where it was, she asked if I was in the parking lot and since I wasn’t for another 30 seconds, they couldn’t take me since I was 9 minutes late and it’s only a 15 minute appointment. Doesn’t seem right to schedule people 15 minutes apart and certainly not worth the risk of unknown construction or an accident making me late since I live across town. I’ve had to wait for the doctor at previous appointments and never complained. Not easy to find childcare either. I’ll be looking for a provider in the NE Heights, disappointed I can’t continue to go to Dr. Hobson but really frustrating experience.
