Dr. Latrice is very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with injuries. She exhibits high levels of concern for her patients and she will offer the best advise for her patients. Always looking out for the best interests of her clients. Regardless of her high level of expertise and knowledge she is still very personable and easy to talk to and connects with each person on his/her level, while showing compassion and empathy.

Had a horrible experience. Booked online and when I called to confirm my appointment she sounded like she had no idea of our appointment. I get we may have showed up a little late due to traffic which we didn’t expect as it doesn’t happen often on the route we were coming from. But her reception was so cold when we got there. I almost wanted to leave as soon as I walked in. So I thought okay maybe she’s just having a bad day but then I saw her other appointment walk in and saw how very warm and welcoming she was with them. She seemed very different in the space of 2secs. I asked if she takes Medicare like the website said they do, she said no. Then later, she asked me to fill some paperwork and present Medicare card. So I filled the papers and presented my mum’s Medicare card. She said my mum’s Medicare care covers the entire the adjustment but we have to pay $59.99 for new patients fees but right in front of us there’s a sign that said $29.99 for New Patient. So I’m confused to why she wants us to pay 59.99 when her sign says $29.99. So I asked her about it and she said, “well, that’s an old sign.” But it was right there facing the door for everyone else to see. I felt treated different. I’m African and I do have an accent, not sure if that may have contributed to the way she treated us. Even my mum said she’d rather limp back home in pain than let Dr Latrice touch her. There was just a bad reception and customer service from her. I was very excited when I found her online and was glad to see her for my mum but it was a horrible experience. And after we told her we wouldn’t be going on with the session, she casually handed over the paperwork and barely acknowledged us when I told her we were leaving. Then 15mins later she slams my phone with $35 cancelation fees. I have no problem paying that but this is a bad relationship etiquette and I won’t be coming here or referring anyone i know here.

I came in seeking relief for my hand/wrist that had been going numb while I slept and while I cycled (probably due to carpal Tunnel) It had gotten incredibly bad. Before going to seek the avenue of surgery, I decided to take the route of the chiropractor first. I have gone to this location twice. After my first visit I had relief of my hand falling asleep. And after my second visit even better results! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a chiropractor. It is a very laid back environment and makes you feel like you are being taken care of!

I've been coming here for over 6 months and I've found my place! The staff is so warm welcoming and knowledgable but it also feels like family. they will take care of you. I've been working with Dr. Irelis and the personalized support I've received here is unmatched! We've went from discovering issues I didn't know existed to alleviating with issues such as legs, my jaw, chronic headaches, cramps, and my back condition. she always educates you so you know whats going on with everything she does. She has cracked everything ! LOL I've been able to actually experience relief in my daily life thanks to the support of h2h wellness and Dr Irelis. I promise you wont feel like a number here and you will not regret getting support here.
