Dr. Richard is truly a lifesaver. I had been dealing with severe back pain for over a month and couldn’t even bend over to tie my shoes. After just one adjustment, I experienced immediate and significant relief—and was finally able to bend over again without pain. I was initially nervous that the adjustment might hurt because I was in so much discomfort, but Dr. Richard’s technique was quick, precise, and surprisingly comfortable.
