I went to their Lakewood Location, located at 3300 E South St, Ste 204…I thought I got treated by Dr. Ibrahim Ganhem but I got told he went on vacation, then some other doctor is going to treat me instead of Dr. Ganhem.. mostly I got treated by a nurse, who put me on Electrical Stem and forgot about me, and later I developed side affects bc they put me on chair plugged in and forgot about it. And that’s not the end of unprofessionalism, then doctor walked up to me and without even talking to me or treating me, he straightaway said, that I need MRIs, and then the Doctor doesn’t even look like a Doctor, he was wearing SHORTS and tight half sleeve T shirt, he looked like, he’s coming straight from the beach… (A doctor should look like a doctor) He look like, he doesn’t even know what he’s doing or what he’s taking about, … I basically got left to a nurse who forgot about me in a chair, electrical stem on it.. which over stimulated my bladder and I was peeing all night after every hour. Very Unprofessional, careless and unknowledgeable staff… And I was there for like 3-4 hours…. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Dr ghanem is highly professional and very competent. He greets you in his beautiful office in HB with a very kind smile and within few minutes your condition is diagnosed and treatment is on the way.
