Very kind man - and he knows his stuff!

Gary Lau used to be good but today I was treated very disrespectfully. I have been seen here on and off over the years. However, after I called last week and scheduled an appt for my car accident, today I was waiting to be seen in the waiting room, all the sudden I was told I won't be seen due to having an attorney. Then I asked how come no one gave me a call to inform me earlier so I didn't need to come here from Palo Alto. Then Dr Gary Lau just said he just made the decision right now. While it is ok to refuse seeing a patient , I feel he had no respect of my time. He didn't even apologize for such a late notice. He didn't care the fact I am established patient. I was shocked I was treated without any respect
