I’ve been a patient of Dr. John Marsh on and off since around 2013 to 2014, again in 2018 to 2019, and now once more as of today. Every time I return, I’m reminded why I trust him with my chiropractic care. From the moment you walk into the office, you’re greeted by Tracy at the front desk—she’s always warm, friendly, and helpful with any questions about appointments or insurance. The assistants in the back are also kind and professional, helping to keep things running smoothly even on their busiest days. Dr. Marsh himself is fantastic—upbeat, welcoming, and thorough. What I really appreciate is that he always takes the time to explain every adjustment he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He doesn’t just guess—he takes X-rays to make sure any manipulations are safe and appropriate for your specific situation. That extra level of care makes a big difference. Overall, I’m absolutely pleased with the standard of care, the professionalism of the whole team, and the results I’ve experienced. I began experiencing increased pain and migraines after a few visits. At my most recent appointment, I asked the doctor if there were any alternative or gentler treatment options, since I’m not a chiropractor and genuinely didn’t know what else might be available. Unfortunately, this seemed to upset him. He ended the session abruptly and told me he would no longer be treating me. It was a disappointing and unexpected response—especially when I was simply trying to understand my options and find some relief. I hope future patients are met with more openness and understanding when they ask questions about their care. After all, that’s why people come to you.
