Found this place with a Groupon!!! The lady at the desk and who took the xrays was extremely nice. My chiropractor was awesome and I think their machines are wonderful! Looking forward to going back in a couple of days! Thank you Franklin chiropractic!!!

MASSAGE THERAPIST IS the WORST. He blamed me for being 15 mins late to an appt. That was scheduled incorrectly to begin with (I had another drs.appt. that day, so I KNOW I would not have scheduled a massage on the same day, but to avoid being charged a $25 rescheduling fee for something that wasn't my mistake, I rushed over after receptionist instructed me to do so). Therapist waited until I showed up, saw me check in and left, then told the receptionist to charge me the $25 late fee anyway. It's unfortunate that his actions are causing me to look for another location, because CHIROPRACTOR is GREAT. He's so nice and and extremely knowledgeable. If massage therapist leaves, I would definitely consider going back.
