No real comment on chiropractor. But, establishment has SHIATSU MASSAGE Special b4 XMAS with no expiration date per front staffer CHERYL. I called yesterday to book appointment, to be told MASSAGE therapy guy retired. No notice to me since he left. Now 😡 I paid $500+ used 2 5 of the pkg. N they want to refund me $157.+ change for 4 massages? Reg price is $80 each. Call after call n nothing! Very disappointed in this staff, now they are moving to Nacogdoches location? Can anyone explain in detail what n why $157??No notice in 6 months? Unacceptable poor excuse. Now I have to report to B.B.B. maybe I will get an answer?

I don't recommend this clinic for patients or employees. Dr Franklin is a difficult person in most situations. Most staff members are unhappy with his treatment of patients & staff. He belittles his staff, accuses them & reprimands them in front of others, he's very confrontational. He gives extra duties with no compensation. He talks about workers with other co-workers negatively. A nurse at the Callaghan office discussed witnessing abuse to an autistic patient recently, nurse at nacogdoches office reports him yelling at a patient. It is a belief that his actions are due to illness or decreasing mental capabilities. New employees have even called him "crazy". On many days he is contradictory asking employees to do something, then denying he told them that & reprimanding them for doing it. He has been known to threaten and intimidate employees. As a medical professional he should have more patience, be understanding, attentive and caring. He lacks those skills in his declining mental state.

Claudia Did a Great Job with Massage. Chiropractor did an okay job at adjustment. (Didn't lock my hips in and was sliding all over the table). Major complaint I have is how much the Masseuse mentioned wanting me to leave her a review. (At least 3 times). I also receive muliple annoying spammy texts asking me to schedule an appointment. Very pushy and comes across desperate. Here's your review you asked for.

Purchased a Groupon for services. I found out, after I had arrived, that I was given the wrong appointment time. Set new appointment. Was told, after I had been there almost an hour, that I couldn’t be seen unless I had a negative Covid test-even thought it had been almost 8 weeks, I was cleared by my doctor, and was following all of their protocols. I had been in their office twice. Driven across town twice. To not be seen twice. They had nothing posted, and never told me anything about needing a negative Covid test to be seen. They did me the favor of contacting Groupon to get my money refunded.
